Mental Vacation

I am terrible at this but it is a goal of mine to try to meditate consistently for 10 minutes a day. It's been harder than I thought! I am so goal, to-do list focused I have a hard time making time to sit and breathe for just 10 minutes. I know it is good for me and I will continue to work on getting it to be a part of the routine flow of my day, even when I am busy! (Which is always)
